White Plains, N.Y. (September 16, 2025) – White Plains Hospital has announced that rheumatologist Dr. Gabriela Santiago-Acosta has joined its staff. She will practice at WPHPA of Larchmont South and the Hospital’s Scarsdale Medical Group practice in Harrison.
After earning a medical degree from The City University of New York (CUNY) School of Medicine, Dr. Santiago-Acosta completed a residency in internal medicine and a fellowship in rheumatology at Mount Sinai Hospital.
In addition to presentations at Mount Sinai and at several editions of the Congress of Clinical Rheumatology, Dr. Santiago-Acosta has had her work published in The FASEB Journal, a peer-reviewed scientific journal related to experimental biology.
In addition to English, she is fluent in Spanish.
