White Plains, N.Y. (June 3, 2024) – Dr. Yelena Patsiornik, a board-certified medical oncologist, hematologist, and internist with over 25 years of experience, has joined the White Plains Hospital Center for Cancer Care.
Dr. Patsiornik received her medical degree summa cum laude from Odessa National Medical University in Ukraine, followed by a residency at the Hospital for Marine Workers in Odessa. She then completed a residency in internal medicine at Coney Island Hospital, followed by a fellowship in hematology and oncology at Maimonides Medical Center.
Prior to joining White Plains Hospital, Dr. Patsiornik worked as a hematologist and oncologist at hospitals in Arizona and in Maine. She maintains a special interest and experience in lung cancer, head and neck cancer, and upper gastrointestinal cancers.
