White Plains, N.Y. (October 6, 2025) – White Plains Hospital has announced that gynecologic oncologist Dr. Elizabeth Tubridy has joined the White Plains Hospital Center for Cancer Care.
After receiving her medical degree from the Albert Einstein College of Medicine, Dr. Tubridy completed a residency in Obstetrics and Gynecology at New York University, where she was named chief administrative resident, followed by a fellowship in Gynecologic Oncology at the Hospital of the University of Pennsylvania.
Dr. Tubridy specializes in surgery for the treatment of gynecologic cancers and pre-cancers, complex benign gynecologic conditions, and genetic predispositions for gynecologic cancer. She has expertise in minimally invasive surgery, including robotic surgery. Her work has appeared in such peer-reviewed publications as Gynecologic Oncology, Current Treatment Options in Oncology, and Oncotarget.
Dr. Tubridy is part of a multidisciplinary team that includes medical oncology, radiation oncology, genetics, and radiology, which allows each patient to receive compassionate, evidence-based, individualized treatment.
In addition to English, Dr. Tubridy is skilled in speaking and reading conversational Spanish.
