White Plains Hospital Recognizes 13 Extraordinary Physicians and Surgeons for Excellence in Patient Satisfaction

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (December 3, 2014) – White Plains Hospital was pleased this week to recognize 13 extraordinary physicians and surgeons for excellence in patient satisfaction: surgeons Dr. Paul Fragner, Dr. Mark Gordon, Dr. Seth Neubardt, Dr. Robert Reiffel, Dr. Jack Stern, Dr. Carl Weber, Dr. Kaare Weber, Dr. Philip Weber, and Dr. Mia Wright as well as gastroenterologists Dr. Robert Fath, Dr. Steven Fink, Dr. Seth Gendler, and Dr. Bryan Green.

According to the Press Ganey Company, the largest vendor in the country that measures patient satisfaction, these doctors all ranked in the Top 10% in the nation for Ambulatory Surgery patients. The hospital recognized these physicians by hanging an elevator cling outside the surgical waiting area. This is not the first recognition for White Plains Hospital's excellence in Patient Satisfaction. Earlier this year, Healthgrades recognized the hospital for performing in the Top 5% nationally in Patient Experience.
