White Plains Hospital Again Named to Money’s “Best Hospitals in America” List

March 7, 2025

WHITE PLAINS, N.Y. (March 7, 2025) – White Plains Hospital has once again been recognized as one of the nation’s Best Hospitals by Money. The Hospital is one of just four hospitals in New York State, and the only one in Westchester County, to be included among the top 75 hospitals nationwide for safety, quality, patient experience and price transparency.

Money partnered with Denniston Data to evaluate more than 6,000 hospitals for inclusion and considered only facilities that received a four- or five-star rating for quality from the federal Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS). In July 2024, White Plains Hospital earned a 5-star quality rating – the highest offered from CMS – for the third consecutive year. The full methodology for Money’s Best Hospitals in America can be found on their website.

“We are so proud to once again be named among the best hospitals in the country,” said White Plains Hospital President and CEO Susan Fox. “Our strategy over the years has been to make complex care available to our community locally so patients do not have to travel. We have done that with a focus on patient experience, safety, and quality, ensuring our patients always receive the best care.”
