Dr. Kristen Farraj Joins WPHPA Digestive Disease and Nutrition Consultants of Westchester

White Plains, N.Y. (September 1, 2025) – White Plains Hospital has announced that gastroenterologist Dr. Kristen Farraj has joined the staff at WPHPA Digestive Disease and Nutrition Consultants of Westchester in White Plains.

Dr. Farraj earned her medical degree from The New York Institute of Technology College of Osteopathic Medicine. She then completed a residency at Nassau University Medical Center, followed by a fellowship in gastroenterology at Mountain Vista Medical Center in Mesa, AZ.

Dr. Farraj has made presentations before such organizations as the American College of Gastroenterology and the American Thoracic Society, and at the annual Digestive Disease Week event. Her work has appeared in such peer-reviewed publications as The Cureus Journal of Medical Science, The International Journal of Clinical Studies and Medical Case Reports, and The Journal of Gastroenterology and Hepatology.

In addition to English, Dr. Farraj speaks medical and conversational Spanish and basic Arabic.
