White Plains, N.Y. (January 27, 2026) – White Plains Hospital has announced that board-certified pediatrician Dr. Gilbert Herzberg has joined WPHPA of Scarsdale.
Dr. Herzberg earned his medical degree from The Johns Hopkins University School of Medicine. He then completed an internship and residency in pediatrics at Yale New Haven Hospital, followed by a fellowship in pediatric cardiology at Mount Sinai Medical Center.
Before joining White Plains Hospital, Dr. Herzberg served at a number of area hospitals, including Children’s and Women’s Physicians of Westchester (Valhalla, NY), Montefiore New Rochelle Hospital, Mount Sinai Hospital, and Stamford Health Medical Group (Darien, CT).
His work has appeared in such peer-reviewed publications as Circulation and The Journal of Heart and Lung Transplantation.
